The Embryo Transfer Study Group is for those members of the SSAB with a special interest in embryo transfer (ET) and other assisted breeding technologies. Veterinary surgeons, scientists and technicians interested in these advanced technologies make up a significant proportion of the SSAB’s membership and therefore usually one day of the Society’s meetings is given over to papers on ET related topics. It aims to provide the interface for the research scientist, veterinarians and technicians in practice and animal breeding at the farm level. Members of the group have vast experience in ET and are keen to promote high standards within the industry.
